What Do We Want? When Do We Want It?

A new study of a vast swath of data shows travelers want to book travel online (no, duh!), want more information about whether or not they have enough time to make their connecting flight they might book, and want reliable information about whether a flight will go up or down in price before they purchase it. I know airlines make more money using market driven (or seemingly random extortionist) price setting, but wouldn't their customer loyalty be way higher if they took some of these things into account?

Business travelers agree with the above, but also add their concerns about the falling value of TSA pre-check and headaches over lack of timely delay and cancellation information regarding their flights.
