Yet Another Court Rules Trump's Muslim Travel Ban Unconstitutional

Yesterday, "A three-judge 9th Circuit panel unanimously turned down an administration request to lift an injunction blocking key parts of Trump’s revised [travel ban] from taking effect." Their reasoning behind the decision was due to Trump overstepping executive authority and bypassing Congress in his attempt to circumvent federal immigration law. While this certainly won't be the last we hear about Trump's travel ban, the winds seem to be blowing a certain direction that should allow all of us to assume the travel ban will never be put into real effect again. Of course, those prevailing winds seem to be less and less trustworthy these days.
