Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls straddles the border between the United States and Canada. Comprised of three separate waterfalls that drain Lake Erie into Lake Ontario at an average rate of 85,000 cubic feet of water per second.

The Cave of Winds and the Maid of the Mist boat tour offer excellent views of the various falls with the former experience open year round, even when the falls are frozen.

The Canada and United States is connected by Rainbow Bridge, named for the rainbows generated by the water mists from the falls, which spans Niagara Gorge.
